So its been forever since I have written on here...I've meant to write on here a billion and one times...however it never happens. My summer is going pretty well. My friend Sara's wedding was lovely and the trip to Georgia was good. Then the family trip to Gatlinburg and the trip to the beach was wonderful. I wish i could go back. I went to Nashville for a weekend to hang out with friends and my aunt and mom. Other than that all i ever do is work and look for a new job. I hate the job searching process. I wish i could just wave my wand and have the 'perfect' job...! First of all, i don't have a wand...maybe that's my problem i should get a wand. Next weekend I am going home to celebrate my birthday early with the family. I must say its going to be exciting, Mom is going to fix pork chops and rice, apple pie and then my dad is making homemade ice cream. YUMMMM! I specifically told mom that i didn't want to go out to eat for my birthday. I wanted a homecooked meal. I don't have anyone to cook for...so cooking supper is no fun. My roomie is the pickest eater in the world...she has never had chicken noodle soup or a SANDWICH. Yes my roomie had never had a PBJ sandwich....or any sandwich for that matter. But what kid has not had a PBJ sandwich growing up? So my dinner's usually consist of whatever i can throw in the microwave. So i am really excited about this birthday dinner i am going to have. My parents are going to give me scrapbooking stuff for my birthday. Speaking of scrapbook stuff, I just finished scrapbooking my first year and a half at Union....yea can you say that i am behind!?!?! But it brought back a lot of good memories! In August i am going to go back to Atlanta to go to a braves game with a couple of the boys that were in Sara's wedding with me. I was going to take a random roadtrip up to Maryland to see Sara and Clay, with the boys, however I was goign to have to ask off for too much time in one week-and i hate to say it, but i got bills to pay! My friend Lana just got back from Mexico like a month ago and she is leaving to go back in like another month. She loves that place so much! I'll miss that kid. Maybe someday I'll be rich and i can just go visit her in mexico! I am sad because this time last year i was getting ready to go to California! I miss it so much! It was sooo beautiful out there ( i imagine it still is) the weather was wonderful, and it was just a fun place to be! And of course I had a wonderful time getting to see denise and kellie again and getting to meet Chuck and all their friends. Hey-jenny sue, did i ever email you pics of the wedding? I think i did, but i dont' remember! A lot  has changed from a year ago. I never thought that my life would be like this....that i would be a college graduate still working at a department store here in bowling green struggling to make ends meet! I mean i never really thought much of the future and what job i would have or where i would live or what age i would get married...however i would not have imagined it like this....! O well, God knows what he is doing and I SURE don't! My brother left for basic training about a month and a half ago. He is doing good i guess, basic training has really only been going on for about a week now. So that means his wedding might have to be postponed until who knows when. they were suppose to get married in November...but now its just a wait and see. Well guys i have wrote a very long blog of nothings...most of you prolly don't even care about half of this...but that's okay! O yea I think i'll post some pictures from vacation and the wedding

Well its been forever since i have written on here! I have moved into a new apartment with a new roommate and we now have a dog. Well its not really our dog, its my new roommates boyfriends dog...but we are dogsitting for the year while he is in Iraq making tons of money. My new apartment is nice and feels so much more like home than the last one. However i've been thinking a lot lately...i need to move away from Bowling Green. I've been thinking about how so many of my friends that are from the BG that still go to school here...are still living high school. Whether they think they are or not...its still all the same high school drama and what not! But its made me realize that at this time in my life with all my friends here in bowling green still in college that if i don't move away from bowling green, i am going to be stuck in the "college life" just like my other friends are still stuck in high school. While the college life can be fun...it can also get old after awhile...and we need to grow up! Right now i am inbetween both of those lives...so it makes it really hard on me. I am still friends with tons of people who wanna go out every tue, thur, fri, and saturday, i am working at famous barr (while it is full time...its not the job i went to school for and its not the kind of money i need to be bringing in!), but yet i have all of my own bills. May was the last month my parents gave me money for rent or groceries. And even that went for the old apartment. I had to come up with money for the deposit on the new apartment, the first months rent and all the fees for electric, gas, internet, water...! Granted i do have a roomie, so its half of everything....but its still a lot of money! And i am now on my own! I have a couple interviews next week...they are not necessarily in counties that i ever expected to live in...but i can't turn down an interview at this point. Anyways, there is so much more that i would love to find the words for...but i can't...!   
My friend Sara Anne is getting married in less than a month! I get to travel to Georgia to be in this wedding! Last summer it was California ( kellie i wish we could do that again! how much has changed since we went to California!) that i got to go to...now its Georgia! I think i have decided just to see how many of the different states i can be in weddings at. Wouldn't that be fun! After Sara's wedding I will be back in Bowling Green for about a week and then we are taking the BIG FAMILY trip to Gatilinburg for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary! Its going to be fun and crazyness! Then we are heading straight for the beach with my brother sister mom and dad! My dad's twin sister and her family ended up deciding on going to the same beach as us! So that will be funness! I'll be back in bowling green for a week and then i will go home to Evansville for the weekend....my last weekend with my brother for awhile. And its father's day weekend. That Sunday we are having a graduation/going away party for my brother. He leaves for basic training the next day...and will be gone until  November. Then he will be getting married november 18th! Well i am going to go return a few things to walmart and maybe get a few groceries!
